Booking Process – How to Reserve Your Adventure

At North Coast Adventures PR, we make booking your experience simple, secure, and personalized. Follow these easy steps to reserve your hunting or outdoor adventure:

1. Choose Your Adventure

Browse our available experiences, including Green Iguana Hunting, Rock Pigeon Hunting, Premium Caiman Hunting, and Beyond the Hunt activities. Select the one that matches your interests.

2. Select Your Date

Choose your preferred date based on your travel plans and availability. For premium hunts or group bookings, we recommend booking early to secure your spot.

3. Complete Your Booking Form

Fill out the booking form with your personal information, number of participants, any add-on services you wish to include (such as airport pick-up, lodging assistance, taxidermy, etc.), and any special requests.

4. Submit Payment

Complete your booking by submitting full payment through our secure checkout.
Note: All prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

5. Receive Immediate Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your booking and providing an initial summary of your reservation.

6. Final Coordination (24–48 Hours Later)

Within 24–48 hours after booking, our team will contact you via email or phone to confirm all the details: meeting location, hunting times, transportation, special requests, and any additional notes for your adventure.

7. Prepare for Your Experience

We'll send you all final preparation instructions, what to bring, what to expect, and tips to make the most of your adventure day.

Important Booking Notes:

For Airport Pick-Up Services, you will be contacted to provide flight details for coordination.
Add-On Services must be requested at the time of booking or within 72 hours of your reservation.
Refund Policy: Full refunds available for cancellations made 7 days or more before your adventure; 50% refund between 24 hours and 6 days; no refund for cancellations within 24 hours. Full refund or rescheduling offered if weather prevents the hunt.
