At North Coast Adventures PR, we are committed to providing an exceptional and transparent experience for all our guests. Below is our updated refund and cancellation policy:
General Refund Policy:

Full Refund:
If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before your scheduled adventure date. -
50% Refund:
If you cancel your reservation between 24 hours and 6 days prior to your scheduled adventure date. -
No Refund:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled adventure date or if you do not show up.
Weather-Related Cancellations:

If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to conduct your scheduled adventure, you will be offered the option to:

Reschedule your adventure for another available date, or

Receive a full refund, depending on your preference.

We monitor weather conditions closely and prioritize your safety above all else.

All prices are per person unless otherwise specified.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
