Refund policy

At North Coast Adventures PR, we are committed to providing an exceptional and transparent experience for all our guests. Below is our updated refund and cancellation policy:

General Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund:
    If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before your scheduled adventure date.

  • 50% Refund:
    If you cancel your reservation between 24 hours and 6 days prior to your scheduled adventure date.

  • No Refund:
    If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled adventure date or if you do not show up.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • If weather conditions make it unsafe or impossible to conduct your scheduled adventure, you will be offered the option to:

    • Reschedule your adventure for another available date, or

    • Receive a full refund, depending on your preference.

We monitor weather conditions closely and prioritize your safety above all else.

Special Notes:

  • All prices are per person unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • For group bookings or custom packages, please contact us directly to discuss specific cancellation terms if needed.
